Meeting one-on-one in many ways is a much more powerful way to learn mantra and ritual practice. It is also the best way to offer spiritual counseling and to help you properly digest content and information into your own wisdom.

In fact, traditionally, mantra and ritual was learned only one-on-one, just student and teacher.
