Shiva Das and I offered our first Winter Solstice Event together as
"House of Yoga' in December 2005
in the Church where we were housed
before opening the studio on 12 Mile in Berkley.

We had not yet met Tom, so if was just us the two of us with
Harmonium and Guitar
and a small group who gathered to celebrate the Solstice.
It was magical in its simplicity.

We continued to offer Winter Solstice at the studio, which included at some point the famous "hanging of the snow flakes,"
inviting guest teachers and guest musicians and voices to join us.
It was always magical
in bringing people together into
the space of the heart.

All our Winter Solstice events have offered and continue to offer live music, as music opens the channels (the nadis) for deep healing.

The healing is not only for you benefit, but for all beings, and the Earth.

We invite you to join us this year, as the magic continues.

Durga Devi, Shiva Das and Tom have been together on the path of Bhakti yoga over 15 years playing music, chanting and creating magic.
They have been blessed to play with and for, great teachers and Yogis.
